Gina Costa's Testimonial
Five years ago I was bedbound for several months. The AIP way of eating helped me a lot, but it was when I started LDI that I really felt like I got back to being myself. It seems to calm down my inflammation like nothing else. I have several autoimmune diseases (my Dr thinks Lyme is the root cause of all of them). I have had many successful food reintroductions. So far this year I have travelled from CA where I live to the Midwest to visit family twice. My husband and I hiked around Europe for 3 weeks in late Spring. We've gone on two camping trips in the Sierra Nevada. I don't think any of this would have been possible without LDI. I'm so grateful to be able to do the things I love to do again.
